Summary

Developed the inaugural five-year strategic plan for the Namibia International Women’s Peace Centre (N-IWPC), aligned to the UNSCR 1325 Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda. The work integrated institutional diagnostics, stakeholder consultations, and facilitated planning workshops. Delivered a fully costed, results-based strategic plan with an integrated performance scorecard, enabling effective monitoring, accountability, and institutional establishment of this flagship peace and security institution.
