Summary: Led multiple mid-term and end-term external evaluations of EU-funded civil society programmes implemented by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) in Namibia. Evaluations applied OECD/DAC criteria and combined desk review, fieldwork, and participatory stakeholder workshops. Delivered practical, implementation-focused recommendations to strengthen CSO governance, advocacy capacity, democratic participation, and programme sustainability.
