Summary: Led the national review of Namibia’s Road Safety Strategy (2011–2020) and facilitated the development of a new Decade of Action for Road Safety Strategy (2021–2030). The process involved extensive multi-stakeholder consultation and delivered a robust, results-oriented strategy structured around five internationally aligned pillars. The strategy includes SMART objectives, performance indicators, and implementation scorecards to support sustained impact and measurable reductions in road fatalities and injuries.
