Summary: Led the design and facilitation of a five-year strategic plan for the National Assembly (NA) of Lesotho, supporting parliamentary reform and strengthened democratic governance. The assignment combined a rigorous situational analysis, high-level stakeholder engagement with parliamentary leadership and administration, and participatory strategy workshops. The resulting strategy provides a clear results framework to enhance institutional performance, oversight, service delivery, and long-term reform implementation.
