Team Leader & Institutional Development Expert for IMC Worldwide: to build capacity in Uganda’s construction industry, particularly the transport sector. The main components are to build capacity of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE), to implement a Graduate Training Programme, to implement the Engineer’s Registration Enhancement Program and to enhance the extra-curricula at Uganda Technical Colleges.

Mid-Term Evaluation for Konrad Adenauer Stiftung of the project: Action for becoming a credible Credible Civil Society Organisation (CSO) in Namibia Communities; Reviewed the 3-year programme with the objective to improve capacity, governance, advocacy, communication, networking and influence of CSOs.

Technical / Project Management expert for Deloitte Timor-Leste: Mid-Term Review of Loan-Funded Projects by the Government of Timor-Leste: Assessed the technical, engineering and project management aspects of World Bank, DBA and JICA loan funded road projects in Timor-Leste.

5-Day project management training course at Dundee Precious Metals, Tsumeb: Presented a 5-day practical project management courses based on PMI’s PMBOK; incl. theory and practical applications using various tools such as MS Project; incl. the project lifecycle and the 10 knowledge areas
